Real Property Listing

The Real Property Lister provides assistance to the general public, town officials, and county officials related to property ownership, tax assessment, and tax billing.  The mission of the Real Property Lister is to provide the basis for the county-wide property assessment and tax billing system; prepare and maintain accurate ownership and description information for all parcels of real property in the county; collect, organize and distribute information on real property records to any person who requests such information for electronic transfer and publication; serve as a coordinator and facilitator among the DOR, the county, and the taxation districts for property assessment and taxation purposes.
