Formal Probate

Unlike Informal Probate proceedings, Formal Probate proceedings are conducted under the direct supervision of a judge.  

Because Formal Probate proceedings require court appearances and are often times more complicated in nature, it is strongly recommended that you are represented by an attorney when going through a Formal Probate Process.
