Permits

A driveway permit must be obtained for any new or existing driveway before construction or replacement is done. There is a $100 fee for this permit and may be dropped off at the Merrill or Tomahawk Shop or mailed. There is a Highway Driveway Policy under Policy Entrance Permit.
