Snowmobiling and Winter ATV

As snow blankets the forests of Lincoln County, the snowmobile and winter ATV trails come alive.  Bundle up and go on an adventure across hilly trails with scenic views that create the perfect winter wonderland escape.

When the chill starts seeping in, ride into town on marked roads without ever needing to go back to your vehicle. Warm up and grab a meal at one of many rider-friendly establishments before rejoining your adventure.

Lincoln County has 334.7 miles of snowmobile trails and 233.9 miles of winter ATV trails.  In 2019 Tomahawk was named a Snowmobile-Friendly Community by the Wisconsin Association of Snowmobile Clubs

Please note that trails may be rough and icy in some areas. Be aware of trail closed signs and remember that off-trail riding is trespassing as many miles of trails are on private property.
