Summer ATV Trail Updates

With the relatively early, dry spring we have had, Lincoln County’s summer ATV/UTV trails, horseback riding trails and mountain bike trails will be opening as of 8:00 a.m. May 1, 2024.

Please stay on the designated trail, observe and follow all signs, and respect private property the trail may pass through.

Normal Summer ATV Trail Open/Close Dates

  • The summer ATV trail system opens May 1st (trail condition dependent) and the majority of the system closes December 1st of each year.  
  • The trail between Keg Road and Intersection #10 closes October 15th each year.
  • Trail segments that close November 1 each year are:
    • Between Intersection #312 and #313 (County Hwy D and Hilts Lake Road).
    • From Intersection #310 West to County Hwy B.
