Disease Control & Prevention

Lincoln County Health Department investigates and conducts surveillance for all reportable diseases and conditions in Lincoln County. We follow up with individuals diagnosed with reportable diseases and provide consultation to health care providers, long term care facilities, schools, child care providers and community members. We also educate the community on ways to control and prevent the spread of disease.

Wisconsin Statutes 145 and 252 require the reporting of communicable disease to the local health department for follow-up. Click here for a list of reportable diseases. To report a communicable disease or suspected outbreak, call 715-536-0307.
