Vaccines for Adults 

We provide free or low-cost vaccines to eligible adults aged 19 and older who are uninsured and underinsured. Contact us to see if you are eligible and for a complete list of vaccines available. 

We also provide the following adult vaccines for those with insurance for a small fee.

  • Hepatitis A
  • Hepatitis B
  • Influenza
  • Tetanus, Diphtheria, acellular Pertussis (Tdap, Td) 
  • Call for fee information. 

Walk-in Adult Vaccine Clinics are held monthly. No appointments are needed. 

  • 2nd Wednesday from 12-1 pm
  • 4th Tuesday from 9-10 am

You can access your immunization record through the Wisconsin Immunization Registry (WIR). If you’re a parent or legal guardian, you also can look up your children’s records. Public access to WIR allows you to find your vaccine record quickly and easily, from anywhere you have access to a computer or smart phone. Click here to access WIR

How can I get more information on vaccine safety?
