Healthy Lifestyle Coalition

The Lincoln County Healthy Lifestyle Coalition first was established in 2017, and was named the Lincoln County Nutrition Coalition, as a result of the Lincoln County Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) and nutrition being identified as a top health priority. In 2023, the coalition's focus expanded to healthy lifestyles after the most recent CHIP, and therefore changed the name to Healthy Lifestyle Coalition. 

The mission of the Lincoln County Healthy Lifestyle Coalition is to increase access to healthy nutrition by supporting and advancing systems within Lincoln County. 

Goals

• Lincoln County will support healthy nutrition by advancing social and environmental conditions. 
• Lincoln County will advocate for supportive systems that improve quality of life.
