Make a Payment

Fines/Forfeitures, attorney fees, guardian ad litem fees, etc. may be made in the following ways:

  1. By mail- Clerk of Courts, 1110 E. Main St. Suite 205, Merrill, WI 54452 (check or money order)
  2. In person- Clerk of Courts, 1110 E. Main St. Suite 205, Merrill, WI 54452 (check, cash, money order, credit or debit)
  3. Via the internet- Please note- If you are paying a Merrill or Tomahawk MUNICIPAL citation, DO NOT use this link. MUNICIPAL citations must be paid at the Merrill City Hall.
