Tax Delinquent Parcels for Sale

Currently, there are no Tax Delinquent Parcels for Sale. 

A land sale is held yearly if enough parcels are available and may be held more frequently if needed.  The parcels will be advertised in the local newspaper several weeks in advance. Listings will also be mailed at this time. Addresses are only kept on file until the next land sale and then are deleted. 

To receive future listings by mail please send a self-addressed, stamped, business-sized envelope to:

This same procedure must be followed to receive additional land sale listings advertised at a later date.
