Information for Attorneys

►As of March 4, 2019, electronic filing is mandatory for attorneys filing cases and documents in all Wisconsin circuit courts for all probate and juvenile case types.  Please visit the Wisconsin court system’s e-Filing site for information about electronic filing in the circuit courts.

►When e-filing a new estate you must deliver, either in person or by mail, the ORIGINAL Last Will and Testament to the Probate Office for filing.
